Kim Blanck’s short film Gloria made its world premiere at the 2025 Tribeca Festival, screened at Brooklyn Academy of Music, and won both the Narrative Short Jury Award and the Audience Award at the Austin Asian American Film Festival. It is currently screening at festivals nationwide.

Shot on 16mm and starring Emily Kuroda of “Gilmore Girls,” Gloria is about dementia, community, and one Chinese woman’s enduring love of learning.
